[RWP] Noob help

Hi Jessica,

That helped a lot!  But I've been tinkering with Reaper - all of the
audio sound setting in preferences, converting an mp3 to wav and
importing etc, and no matter what I try imported audio isn't playing
in reaper for me.  When I record on Reaper it works just fine and
plays back, but anything I import doesn't play at all, even when I do
try the method you stated above.  Do you, or anyone else on the list
have any advice as to how to fix this problem?
