Apparently, with Reaper 4.x versions, you have to press control+up arrow a bunch of times before activating context menus, something about how ReaAccess handles are broken with newer versions of Reaper. I still use 3.75 myself, and don't plan on upgrading unless something truly ground-breaking happens, as I am using Reaper productively at the moment.

In reaper 4.25, when I insert a new track and press the applications key while that track is selected, I get a message saying something to the effect of, "Handle for current track not found". I've since downgraded to reaper 3.76, the last 3.x version I had lying around, and stopped experiencing said issue immediately. I've tried restarting the machine, clearing configuration files and several other things that didn't work. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm listening. Otherwise I'm sticking with what works.
