[RWP] automation in reaper

I tried the effects routing page method of inserting an effect, then
exposing its presets with page down, in versions 4.02, 4.21 and 4.22,.
I stuck to version 3.78 for a long time out of fear of things being
broken after version 4, but with Roy's fix; press ctrl+up arrow, then
press applications key to open menus, I don't find any problems in
versions 4 onwards.
