Yes,...You need to use the:
"rea-control-midi" vst effect...
Press "f" key, or go to the "track menu", and insert vertual instrument
on new track...
An effects search window will appear,...
Tab to "tree",...and choose "cockos"...
Tab down once, and choose "vst rea control midi"...
This will allow you to do what you want...
