[RWP] Latency and Midi recording

In the example I provided, the practice track was set to all channels,
so you could understand the method without worrying about midi channel
at that moment.
All channels means any channel, not that the track will always record
all midi channels at once, but only what your Tyros is transmitting.
Sometimes, on my Yamaha MM6, I might play a melody on channel 1, while
the MM6 is also sending auto-accompanyment chords on other channels, and
a drum track on channel 10.
If your Tyros was transmitting all 16 midi channels for a single
recording that's what the track set to all channels would record.

I myself like to have separate tracks for everything, so I can easily
understand where the sends and receives are pointed to.
Sure, set your first track to channel 1 if that's what your Tyros is
transmitting at the moment.
But, if your first track was set to all channels, and you recorded on
channel 1, and you then inserted a second track also set to all
channels, but you set your Tyros to channel 2, your first track would
contain an item on channel 1 and your second track would contain an item
on channel 2, no chaos or conflict.
