[RWP] Banks, Patches and .ins files

1. press "f" key,...

2. from the effects menu, choose " vst re-control midi"

3. configure the particular settings that you will need

4. there is a choice in this vst to choose .ins files

Just make sure your .ins files are installed in the reaper folder,...go 
to folder "Reaper",..."Installed Data",..."Data"
