[RWP] Dimension Pro: Indigo, I got it

Hello Indigo!

I told Reaper now to use the original window of the plugin, so the 
Dimension Pro window. With a little help of my friend Hotspotklicker I 
created the points for loading Multisamples and access the Program 
Browser. And it works! The only disadvantage is now, that you have to 
doubleklick on a program you wish to use and sometimes the hotspot for 
load multisample doesn't work and instead opens the browser.
