[RWP] Alexander, Here's How to find the Program Handler In Dimension Pro

Hi Alexander,
I didn't give up, I was temporarily delayed by trying to get the Rapture 
Program Handler in NVDA.
I tried every key combination I could imagine, but there may be more.
I only have NVDA 2011 on my music machine, and I just loaded NVDA 2012 
onto this online machine, and NVDA gets faster with each version.
I'm definitely going to donate the $20, and again next year.

Hey, when  you get preset at your arrow keys in Jaws, what happens when 
you hit enter on it?
