[RWP] Alexander, Here's How to find the Program Handler In Dimension Pro

Okay, I'm not giving up. smile.
I'll try it in NVDA 2012.
I can't do everything in Reaper with it, but I've played presets from 
plugs, and I think it can navigate to the Cakewalk Program Handler, but 
I might be wrong.
