[RWP] Alexander, Here's How to find the Program Handler In Dimension Pro

I was in Reaper 4.21, and Jaws 10, with factory Jaws settings.
After you loaded Dimension Pro, then route PC to Jaws, what did you get 
at your up and down arrow keys, without touching any other keys, not 
spacebar, not tab, zero?
