[RWP] Jim, alt plus down arrow is a Jaws only shortcut

In Jaws, alt plus down arrow would ordinarily open a combo box, as you 
said; in that presets box it causes it to change to a list box; as you 
also said.
But, alt plus down arrow is a jaws specific shortcut that is overriding 
a set of standard Reaper shortcuts  to raise and lower the selected 
track's volume and move it's pan.
do a shortcut passthrough you will find the default Reaper use of 
alt+down and up arrows is to lower and raise volume of the selected 
track; while alt+left/right arrows moves its pan.
as long as there is a selected track, this is a standard Reaper use of 
alt and the arrow keys; no matter where you are positioned in the track 
view or effects routing page.
Works both in Wineyes and NVDA every time, thus the source of my 
confusion about alt+down arrow.
