[RWP] Effects PARAM Menu

You're right, the Parem menu was a red herring in my path, and doesn't
help, but I'll try everything and eventually the better way rises to the
surface.
Your page down fix is working in most instances, sometimes even in NVDA.
In Waves L3, presets don't instantly fall into the combo box, because
there's an intervening choice that must be made.
I could not find that selection either in Jaws or Wineyes without
resorting to the number pad, but once that selection is made, then the
presets appear in the combo box.
I don't believe I even needed page down.
You know, I suspect the issue of No Presets is because all the Reaper
supplied plugs somehow need to have Reset To Factory Default Settings
done to them permanantly.
I've been trying different settings in Reaper VST Plugins in
Options/preferences, hoping to put a checkmardk on a setting that would
eliminate the problem.
I believe I noticed several times when I got a supplied Reaper plug to
display presets, next time I tried that same plug with a different
screenreader it opened its presets instantly; as if it had been
previously reset to factory default settings
I tried Reaper's use generic plug interface setting, which seemed to
make no difference in displaying presets.
Since we know that the screenreader is latching onto the wrong choice of
1. Reset to default factory settings; or 2. no Presets; I'll next look
in Wineyes choices of looking at what's highlighted, etcetera, to see if
the answer lies with getting the screenreader to always go to choice 1
every time.
