[RWP] Effects Presets

If you are getting the words No Presets in the presets combo box, did
you try to get NVDA to focus on the words: No Presets?
Or, even if you don't get those words in the effects combo box, but
page down doesn't show the presets, still try to get NVDA to focus on
that combo box.
Try the NVDA shortcuts insert plus star; Move Navigator Object to Mouse,
or insert plus dash; Move to Focus, whatever it takes until you hear the
words No Presets.
Then left click on No Presets.
Doing thattakes me back to track view; so press f to return to effects
routing page.
With those moves In NVDA I have forced presets to display in the combo
box.
With NVDA's lack of screen information and arrowing moves at the number
pad, you need to try every shortcut you have to get NVDA to cope with
problem situations.
