[RWP] Another fix for No Presets

This is a very strange control. It looks like a comboBox. But, when you do
the alt+downArrow to open, the clas of the control changes to ComboLBox,
which, I guess, means combo list box. It is a nonstandard control, and
treating it like a list box doesn't fix the problem.
They invented this irregular beast for a reason. And, I feel quite sure
we'll need to revisit this control, once we understand it better.
For the moment, enjoy your workarounds.
