[RWP] Reaper JAWS Scripts version 3

Minor update posted at the link listed below.

Summary:
1.  In the effects dialog, presets comboBox, alt+down arrow will not open the list so you can see the supplied presets.  Your presets go into this same list.
I still think there is functionality hiding behind this strange comboBo.  More as we learn about it.  But als, page down will also open this list.
If you ever push the home key in the list, it reverts mostly back to it's original broken state.  there is still more to do here.

2.  The reaper nudge commands for adjusting the ends of a time selection have been augmented.  Enhanced.  Improved.
These four keys make use of the reaper nudge functions, but then direct playback to a place near the point you are adjusting, so you can hear the effect of your nudging as you do it.  Very handy for getting the end points right.

This hotKey help is updated with recommended reaper actions to be added.  They include:
in the form: hotkey, section, action.

backspace, media browser, go to parent folder.

windows+leftBracket, main, goto start of time selection

windows+RightBracket, main, goto end of time selection

End of recommended actions.


To speak start and end of selection, press alt+control+shift+leftBracket.
To hear the selection length, press alt+control+shift+rightBracket.
Insert+NumPad 5 says the cursor time in seconds.
