[RWP] Another fix for No Presets

This is too strange to believe, but your page down now works for NVDA also.
I just tried several effects, and, although the combo box didn't show No 
Presets, no presets were displayed until I pressed Page Down, and there 
they are. I press enter on 1 of them, and the tab key is full of nice 
things to edit.
I was in Rea EQ, and hereat the tab key in NVDA  are the bands, with 
hertz range, edit boxes for db, all you'd expect from an equalizer.
Your page down fix seems universal.
Well, this isn't the firsttime the computer gremlins have had a good 
laugh at my expense.
