My apologies, Jim, I just went back and got your page down fix to work
every time for both Jaws and Wineyes.
I couldn't get it to work for NVDA, but I managed to get that dreaded
phrase: No Presets in focus; with insert plus dash; which is NVDA's move
to focus, left clicked it; and although I was cast out of the effects
routing page back to track view, when I went back to effects routing
page, there in that combo box were all the presets, so NVDA can at least
use some varient of my click on No Presets fix.
There may yet yet be a way for page down to fix NVDA, I just don't know
how yet.
Your page down is for sure and certain the easiest fix for Jaws and
Wineyes.
Now, I somehow need to understand why; when I tried page down repeatedly
before, I never got the presets.
Very spooky mysterious this world, seems to be some kind of joke the
universe is playing on me!
