[RWP] Another fix for No Presets

I just can't get page down to work, Jim.
I was in Reaper 2 minutes ago with Jaws 13 demo, I inserted an empty
track, pressed f, loaded ReaComp, and got No Presets right away.
I pressed insert+dash; what is that, route Jaws to PC? fclicked on No
Presets at the number pad, and there in that combo box was the culprit,
choice 1, Reset To Factory Defaults, and choice 2, No Presets.
If we could find a way for it to always choose choice 1, Reset To
Factory Defaults, we wouldn't need to do any fancy footwork to get the
presets.
Since these are factory effects, apparently they need to be Reset to
Factory Defaults before they're ready to use.
Instead of our workarounds, we should understand why they are not
getting what they need from the screenreaders.
I'm trying to think if there's a setting in Wineyes to make it select
the first of those choices, instead of the second.

I hit enter on Reset to Factory Defaults and, as before, all the ReaComp
presets are at the tab key.
Every push of the tab key has an edit box at the arrow keys for a
selection with the arrows, or a number to be typed in, etcetera.
Looks like total access to me.
I don't keep any third party plugs on this old machine, but I'll go and
download a free plug somewhere, and see if it displays its parameters
instantly, without voodoo work.
I'll go back once more with Jaws 13 and learn if page down does anything
while in the No Presets box.
If not it must be partly a hardware issue, different on different
computers, since you and I are both on XP.
