[RWP] Effects PARAM Menu

Chris, sounds like you are in a great position to answer your own question.
I tried the Boost11 pluggin, which apparently came with Sonar, and it's 
presets appear without any special tricks.
The Reaper Pluts, seem to require a special trick to open the list, as we 
have been discussing.
Let us know what you find out with your plugs.
