[RWP] Effects PARAM Menu

This method of clicking on show in track controls doesn't fix the problem in 
jaws at all.
Actually, I'm surprised it does anything, since that is just a submenu, and 
all that clicking on it will do is open the list of params that you can 
choose to show or hide from the track controls parameter list, wherever that 
is.
Once that list of controls opens, you have to press escape to get back out 
the the dialog where the comboBox Rexides.  And, stuff looks just like it 
did before clicking.
So, I'm not sure why you are seeing that, and I am not.
