[RWP] Effects PARAM Menu

Yes, we are talking about the included effects, but any of this should 
apply to any effect.
Just install your waves effects into wherever you want, like 
Steinberg/VSTPlugins, or you can put them in your Cakewalk/VSTPlugins, 
then add that path to where Reaper looks for plugs.
Write only complete paths, like:
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTPlugins and join your paths with a 
semicolon, no spaces between paths.
I find that Reaper gets feisty sometimes and needs a kick in the behind 
to find new plugs.
In options/preferences/VST tab down to the button: Clear Cache and ReScan.
In wineyes, that bubbon doesn't respond to enter, so I left click it 
from the number pad and Reaper searches for all plugs in any folder.
When it's through with its rescan, click on okay, and you should find 
your waves plugs in Reaper's  VST folder.
