[RWP] Another fix for No Presets

I just tested the clicking on No Presets method in Jaws 13.
I got No Presets showing in that combo box, then routed Jaws to PC,
found the wordsNo Preset at the numPad, left clicked on it and the
preset appeared at the middle arrow keys.
Here's something interesting, though, Jim.
You're right that Jaws is ignoring the first choice when it displays No
Presets.
I could click on No Presets at the number pad, and see that first choice
that Jaws was not showing, which is Reset To Factory Defaults. displayed
at the mid arrow keys.
If I pressed enter on reset to factory defaults all the presets
appeared at the mid arrow keys.
I'm not competent in Jaws, but Jaws 13 displayed presets and values to
be edited for almost all effects
I found the presets at my tab key, not in that combo box.

I tabbed to a particular preset in the list at the tab key, , pressed
enter, arrowed up/down to a value, tabbed up twice to an edit box and
changed numeric values, and hit enter.
When I tabbed back down twice to the preset's display; the new value was
shown there.
It seemed difficult to get Jaws 13 not to display presets and the edit
box, but when I found some effects that showed No Presets, the method of
routing jaws to pc, then arrowing at the number pad to the words No
Presets and left clicking fixed the issue.

This looks like no issue for either Jaws or Window-Eyes, with several
solutions that work, at least when running XP.
