[RWP] Jim, Does this fix no presets?

Mario, I'm hoping you'll discover that.
In NVDA, while in Reaper's effects routing page reached by pressing F 
from the track view, I tab down to PARAM and press enter, but the param 
menu does not open.
I pressed insert+dash, which I believe  caused PARAM to appear at the 
arrow keys, then *insert plus star to Move Navigator Object to Mouse, 
then left clicked at the number pad, which did not open the Parem menu, 
but the  way to do it must be there somewhere.
