[RWP] Jim, Does this fix no presets?

Okay, here's the exact procedure:
When No Presets shows; left click on PARAM however you can find it, it's 
at my number pad in Wineyes.
a context menu opens at your arrow keys.
Find the selection: Effects Presets List F.
Press enter on that and another menu appears.
Find the selection: Show At Track Controls.
Press enter on that and, presto;  no more problem with No Presets;  just 
a nice box chock full of presets at your arrow keys waiting to be selected

So, these PARAM menu selections seem to have been meant specifically to 
fix this problem, seems to me.
