[RWP] Jim, Does this fix no presets?

Jim, I just looked at Reaper 4.21 with NVDA, and got the presets box to 
either show No Presets, or sometimes show nothing.
In either case, a quick fix seems to be to hold the alt key while 
arrowing up and down, and presets are spoken.
In Wineyes, on some effects I got all the presets showing, no problem 
just arrowed up and down  through them, but; on other presets I did get 
No Presets.
However, as in NVDA; I seemed to be able to arrow to presets by holding 
the alt key as I arrowed, then the words No Presets would pop back up as 
soon as I let go of alt.
Then I remembered to left click on the word PARAM, which I find at my 
number pad, and the parameters menu drops.
There are several interesting choices there, like midi learn, 
automate;and others,  but the one you want is called Show in Track 
something, Click on that and No Presets disappears in the presets box, 
and you can arrow up and down through presets, they are spoken, no 
holding alt key required.
Let us know if it works, okay?
I'll go back and get the exact wording in that PARAM menu later.
