[RWP] ReaAccess question

I have been sticking to version 3.78 with Window-Eyes version 6.1 in XP, 
but recently switched to Reaper 4.20, then 4.21, with no trauma.
All you need to do is press ctrl+up arrow to unlock the applications key 
menu.
When you try to open that menu, you get an announcement about finding no 
handle.
Press ctrl+up arrow, then press the applications key and you can then 
arrow through that menu with no problems.
I always keep old Reaper installers, just in case something doesn't 
work, just un install and re install the old version, no risk as far as 
I can tell.
Jim Snowbarger just released new Jaws scripts.
