[RWP] Pluggin Presets

Very abnormal behavior, but, on jaws anyway,  page down opens the list of presets.  then, the list opens, and you are at the bottom of the list.  So you have to upArrow to get to other items.  I can't find any other wya to open the list.
the list doesn't come open like it is supposed to.   but at least the list comes open this way.  very strange.
