[RWP] Bundle of my ReaAccess notes

Here's a slighted edited and better organized version of everything 
helpful I can find on running Reaper and ReaAccess, plus some 
information on the Behringer BCF2000 for controlling Reaper.
It's just notes, though I tried to label each tip as to the problem it 
covers.
It's a beginning.
It will have to be an ongoing process for a while, like I find almost as 
soon as I ask or answer something about ReaAccess, I found a better way, 
so on it goes.
Someday we will have a slick well written manual, or maybe not, but this 
is a start.
Everyone feel free to edit, simplify, correct mistakes, group tips 
according to useful topics, and post them on our new ReaAccess site.
