[RWP] Managing volumes with a controller

Hi guys,

a question: if I buy a controller (I'm oriented on the BCF2000), how can 
I manage volumes?

I assign a fader to the volume parameter of a track, and this is ok. But 
assuming that I have a voice track that I want to play at a specific 
point of my project over a music track, what I have to do to quiet the 
volume at the specified time?

I move the controller, but I have to move it exactly when the voice 
track starts, or have you a better method?

Actually I use rea comp, bbut I want a real fader for more flexibility.
