[RWP] Presets

while in the fx window with the effect in question highlighted in the list of added plugs , tab until you get to a combo box; this is the presets list.

  Guys,  excuse me if I am brain dead.
  But, how do you choose from presets on these reaper-supplied VST pluggins?
  I can add an effect,with the f key,  I can see it's parameters with shift+p.  But, are there presets, and, if so, how do you get to the list?
