[RWP] Reaper's affect on Windows Explorer

Sorry Jim, I totally misunderstood your question before.
I just found a difference in the context menu dropped on the desktop 
with the applications key, depending on whether Reaper is running or not 
running.
I got this both with NVDA and Wineyes.
Once inside Reaper, I left Reaper with the start key and letter M.
Then, focused on any icon on my desktop, a press of the right click or 
Applications key would open a graphics properties menu, I guess on the 
properties of whatever Desktop icon I was focused on.
Without Reaper running, pressing applications would open the usual 
context menu.
I'd never experimented with this, so I tried the same moves wwith 
GoldWave running, pressed start+M, and then on the desktop pressing 
applications always got the usual context menu, no exceptions.

So, Reaper definitely is influencing Windows Explorer.
Can you say how it is interfering with navigation, when you're outside 
Reaper while it's running?
Every day I use start+M to go outside Reaper to browse for media files, 
or to look at notes on how to run Reaper, and I never noticed any 
hindrance to ordinary navigation.
