[RWP] Reaper's affect on Windows Explorer

Do you guys see this?  Running windows XP.  When I run windows explore to jsut hunt around for files, and I select a file, then hit the context key to get the menu, the menu offered is different, depending on whether Reaper is running or not.
I don't see this on the windows 7 machine.  Very strange.  When reaper is running, the menu I get looks like one where you choose which details to show in the windows explorer file listing.  A buncyh of checkboxes for title, bit rate, size etc.
But, when I close reper, the normal open, open with, send to, all that stuff appears.
Very strange.  Does anybody else see that?  Any idea of how to stop it?
