What does that mean, the same folder Reaper uses?
VST's should not go in a folder marked Reaper, and I think Reaper
doesn't assign a default VST folder.
You have to type in a path for Reaper to follow to find your plugs.
The button to make Reaper rescan plugs is a couple of tab presses down
from the edit box where you type in the VST folder path.
