Put snap into your default folder where you keep your .dll's of VST plugs.
In Reaper's Options/Preferences, go to VST PlugIn.
Tab down to the edit box where you type in the complete path to the
folder where you keep your VST plugs.
Here's a typical path, but yours may be different:
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTPlugins
If you keep your plugs in more than 1 folder, write full paths for each
folder separated with a semicolon, no spaces.
The next time you open Reaper it will scan for the plug you just put in
your folder, or you can click on the rescan button to make Reaper scan
for new plugs.
