[RWP] equalizer for adjusting tracks

almost all of the Equalizers that come with reaper have sliders that you can
adjust while your listening to the track.
Just type "eq" into the filter edit field when you press the letter F, and
it'll give you a list of lots of different EQ's from 3 band mono EQ's, to 15
band stereo EQ's and everything in between.
For drums and bass, I tend to use a 7 band EQ...I don't now remember which
one, as there are a couple. I think two or three of the EQ's in reaper are
a bit flaky for a screen reader user, but all the rest have bands that you
can use arrows on the various frequency bands to increase or decrease.
