remove that plugin will get rid of the reverb.
the dialog to add plugins is different to the one that appears when
there's stuff already on the track.
from what i've found out, access it the same way.
if you wanted to change the parameters of the reverb though, you would
do a shift-p from the trackview.
if you had an entire chain defined, shift-p would pull up a context
menu with all the plugins in it and you'd pick the one you wanted to
edit parameters of.
