[RWP] ReaAccess development update (of sorts)

While I understand your opinion and concur to a point, if you could pass the 
word of our interest and willingness to help with the project to him, he may 
see how much his work is appreciated, and the help he can get if only he 
asks.
I'd contact him directly, but the results of an email going through a 
russian translator would probably be a mess to read, and make me look 
incredibly stupid.
