[RWP] ReaAccess development update (of sorts)

Yeah, there's the idea, to get ReaAccess's source code, so we can 
customize it ourselves.
Why not?
If it's free, and nobody makes a profit on it so far, why not share the 
source code, so blind users can tweak it to fit their own particular needs.
