[RWP] ReaAccess development update (of sorts)

  Maybe it might not be impossible to talk Justin Frankel into providing 
a kind of backdoor into Reaper, so we can have an access program, 
whether it is ReaAccess, or another program we update ourselves, but 
let's talk to the author of SWS first, maybe the backdoor into Reaper is 
already available, and we just need to learn how to use it.
