[RWP] ReaAccess development update (of sorts)

I'll try to talk to the SWS author.
I don't know for sure, but maybe he can write SWS changes so they don't 
cripple ReaAccess.
Otherwise, we really need a Russian speaker to bring our needs to Ivan 
and his group.
Are you a Russian speaker, Jinseng?
Can you write to Ivan in Russian?
