[RWP] ReaAccess development update (of sorts)

Hey Arne,
getting the source code of ReaAccess is impossible in new situation especially. Besides some guys of RWP have already talked to Reaper authors about the accessibility options in Reaper but we have only Apple support in version 4 and all conversations with Reaper crew are very difficult.
And maybe you noticed before that buildin accessibility options of a few applications are not very comfortable for screenreaders, remember Dart Pro for example.  Surely the cooperations with Reaper developers is the most desirable thing but alas...
