[RWP] ReaAccess development update (of sorts)

Yep, I would chip in too.
People often object to having to pay extra for the access that the sighted 
public takes for granted, and gets for free.
I do understand that, it seems unfair.  It is unfair.  But, unfortunately, 
access for us takes extra work. And, who is to do it?  One thing I can say 
for sure, the person who does will have a lot of work to do, and will get no 
end of complaints and requests from us. So, the poor guy will deserve his 
money.
