[RWP] ReaAccess development update (of sorts)

is there such a thing as a translating proxy / gateway where in you
can tell the remote server where you want to browse to and it will do
so, and then when it pulls back the page, translate that to english
before serving it to the user? and if so, where might i find such a beast?
