[RWP] fun reaper stuff i can't find

yes, but if you start selecting parts of the track, you can reselect the 
entire track again by hitting control A.
Otherwise, you have to use the control right and left arrows to select the 
different loops or portions of the track you have broken apart.
If you haven't done any editing, yes, the whole track is selected when you 
arrow to it.
