[RWP] fun with reaper, jumping from window to window

Ctrl-tab moves between projects.  I'm not sure how to move among open
windows for a specific project, such as the performance monitor and peak
monitor windows.

I think but don't quote me on this that you can use ctrl tab to move between
different open projects like different documents in word etc.
