[RWP] Just getting started with Reaper, many questions.

So, if I have a vst or dxi plug-in from a source other than Reaper, will it
load in an interface that the screen reader will be able to use?  I know
that lots of plug-ins have proprietary interfaces that aren't usable except
with something like HotSpotClicker.
