[RWP] automating effect parameters with dynamics?

you might have to find another VST plug in that does that on it's own..then 
chain edit and set it up so that the VST effect that monitors amplitude can 
trigger other effects...I'm not sure if reaper comes stock with anything 
that is amplitude or modulation dependant in a general sence.
I presume you want to do something like change the delay time or delay depth 
when a track's amplitude peaks or increases?
