[RWP] recording in stereo with reaper

hi I’m trying to record the sound out of my TV in to reaper. the TV sound is in stereo I’ve got to RCA jacks plugged in to the TV an the other end is plugged in to the computers mike input. I want to record the stereo sound from the TV to computer with reaper how can this be done?
