[RWP] reaper crashing with rea access under win 7 64

  Hi patrick,

I am not sure what to suggest here, but Reaper 3.7 and ReAccess work 
fine for me on Win7 64Bit. I also tried Reaper 4 with no problems, but 
roled back as I couldn't access the context menus in Reaper 4.
