[RWP] Writing a Guide to ReaAccess, was Splitting a Track

This actually helped me because i messed up a project, put one thing
on a track i didn't know i was putting it on until i heard it later,
then i'm like wait! i can't move this elsewhere! i'm stuck with it. so
while i didn't need the split part, yet, the cut paste of items
between tracks helped a lot.
